Mr. Sazal is a well known practicing advocate at the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

He was the General Secretary of the Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Ainjibi Forum, Supreme Court Unit, a platform associated with nationalist ideologies and often described as a forum of pro-BNP lawyers.

Mr. Sazal has been actively involved in representing clients connected to the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) in various legal cases. He was part of the legal teams that secured bail or had proceedings quashed for BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia and the party's acting chairman Tarique Rahman. He has also represented numerous BNP activists in different cases.

In the past, during Fascist regime, Mr. Sazal faced a  contempt of court petition for alleged derogatory comments made about two Supreme Court judges.

Additionally, he was among the pro-BNP lawyers who staged protests demanding the resignation of certain judges and faced legal consequences for these actions, including a contempt case that was later dismissed, with a fine imposed on the petitioner for non-appearance. He was also granted anticipatory bail in a case filed after a clash between pro-BNP lawyers and police during a march.
